Meet Our Therapists

Krista Konrad, MSW
The end of an intimate relationship through separation or divorce is life changing. Even for those who seek the divorce, there is an overwhelming sense of loss that can lead to many intense emotions. Separation and divorce can impact your sense of who you are, your beliefs about safety and security, as well as your understanding about love and commitment. You may find yourself experiencing grief, guilt, anger, betrayal, confusion, fear, loneliness, shame and anxiety. It is easy to become overwhelmed by the roller coaster of emotions as well as all the decisions and tasks involved in dividing assets and finances. If children are involved, this will further add to the emotional intensity as you navigate a parenting plan for their future.
It is possible to get through this major life change and you do not have to go through it alone.
Krista Konrad has a particular expertise in the areas of separation and divorce. She has worked extensively with individuals and families, helping them make sense of their emotions and experiences while they rebuild their lives after a separation/divorce. She is passionate about supporting people in processing their grief as well as strengthening their coping strategies and resiliency. It is our hope that you will receive the support you need to develop a new vision of yourself, your family and your future.
Krista is currently accepting new clients. Krista is a Registered Social Worker and therefore her counselling fees are covered by most benefit and extended health insurance plans.
