I need information about family law and mediation. What do I do?

In addition to attending a Mandatory Information Program, you may with to speak with an Information Coordinator who can help you identify what services or programs you may need.

Where is the MIP held? Is there parking?

Currently, the MIP sessions are online via Zoom.

What do the sessions cover?

The information given at the Mandatory Information Program will cover a broad range of subjects and give you a basic understanding of the court process and alternatives like mediation. It will also deal wtih issues pertaining to your children.

I need some help with programs to help my family

Our Information Coordinator, Kelly Christian, is available at the Superior Court of Justice on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and in the Ontario Court of Justice on Friday from 9:00 to 4:00 p.m. She can assist you with referrals to parenting programs, housing issues, and other important services for your family.
