Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise agreed, when mediation is rescheduled or cancelled, the following cancellation fees will apply:

If mediation is cancelled after a file has been opened and a retainer received, a $100 administrative fee will be deducted from the retainer before any refund is issued.
If notice of cancellation is received between 10 days and 3 days before the scheduled mediation date, the cancellation fee will be 50% of the applicable mediation fee, inclusive of HST.
If notice of cancellation is received fewer than three days before the scheduled mediation date, no refund will be issued.

Bridging Family Conflict will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests to reschedule where appropriate circumstances exist. Unless the cancellation is agreed to by both parties, any cancellation fee will be the sole responsibility of the party requesting or initiating the cancellation.
