New Ways for Families logo

When partners separate and have children they need to maintain a relationship of some sort in order to parent their children. The NWFFprogram is a series of coaching sessions for parents experiencing difficulty doing so or having a high degree of conflict in their separation. This conflict is interfering in their ability to parent. When the Children’s Aid Society is involved with a family, this program can be provided as part of the free child protection mediation program. When they are not involved, it can be provided as part of a mediation process and the fee would be covered by the subsidized rate user fee program. It is also open to families who wish to complete the program privately, without the addition of mediation, for a separate fee. More information is available by clicking here.
